Ingredients
1 cup Riceland Extra Long Grain Rice
3 Tbsp. oil
1/2 cup walnut halves or pieces
1 cup frozen cut green beans, thawed
1/2 cup water chestnuts, sliced
2 green onions with tops, cut into 1/2-inch pieces
1 lb. chicken tenders, cut into 1-inch pieces
2 Tbsp. soy sauce
1 Tbsp. rice wine vinegar
2 Tbsp. fresh ginger, minced
Directions
Prepare rice according to package directions. In large skillet, heat oil. Add walnuts, green beans, water chestnuts and onions. Toss and cook for about 3 minutes. Fold in chicken tenders and continue to cook until chicken is heated through. Remove from heat and fold in remaining ingredients. Serve on bed of hot, cooked rice
